Vin Jaune from the Jura, France
Six years
under the veil.
The only wine in the world aged under a veil of yeast and never topped up. A selection of small Jura estates, chosen in Poligny.

Vin Jaune
A wine born of patience
Savagnin is fermented, then left in barrel without ever being topped up. A thin film of yeast, the veil, grows on the surface. It protects the wine from oxidation and gives it its signature notes of walnut and spice.

In the cellars of the Jura, Vin Jaune does not age alone. A thin film of yeast watches over it for six years.
